Float Grantee Information Form
Thank you for your participation in Float's pilot round! We are delighted to be making a grant in support of your project. This form will help us move forward with our next two steps: signing the grant agreement and distributing funds. The process will generally proceed as follows:
From here, the next few steps are as follows:
1. You fill out this form, and Raft Foundation reviews it. If any discussion is needed, that happens
2. Raft drafts up the grant agreement and, assuming everything looks alright, Raft and a representative of the grantee (i.e., the person or entity receiving the funds) sign it
3. Raft provides instructions for requesting funds on Open Collective, the grantee submits the request, and Raft distributed the funds
